Gustatory: The 2019 Barolo Mascarello opens with a profusion of complex aromas. The hints of ripe cherry, red rose, oriental spices and leather notes intertwine harmoniously. In the mouth, the structure is sumptuous, the tannins are silky and the lively acidity gives the wine remarkable longevity.

Aging and Refinement: After a long traditional fermentation, this Barolo was subjected to aging for at least 38 months in Slavonian oak barrels. Subsequently, it matured further in the bottle to reach the high level of maturity that characterizes the 2019 Mascarello.
