Technical features:
Grapes : 100% Sangiovese
Vinification : The grapes are harvested manually in September and ferment in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28-30°C. Maceration on the skins lasts about 20 days.
Aging : After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in steel for approximately 8 months, followed by 12 months in French oak barriques and tonneaux, with a further 6 months of aging in the bottle.
Alcohol : 14%
Aging potential : 20-25 years
Organoleptic profile: Ruby red color with garnet reflections. Aromas of violets, berries, coffee and leather. On the palate it is elegant and structured, with well-balanced tannins and good persistence.

The "Musica" red wine from Borgo Macereto is a Chianti Rufina Riserva DOCG, produced with 100% Sangiovese grapes. The wine is characterized by a ruby red color with garnet reflections. On the nose it presents a broad and intense bouquet, with notes of violet and red berries, enriched by hints of freshly ground coffee and a delicate nuance of leather. On the palate it is elegant and structured, with well-balanced tannins and a persistent aftertaste reminiscent of fruit and delicate toasting.

Subsequently, the wine is aged in steel for approximately 8 months, followed by a 12-month refinement in French oak barriques and tonneaux, and a further 6 months in the bottle. With an alcoholic strength of 14%, this wine has an aging potential of 20-25 years.
The "Musica" is particularly suitable for accompanying stewed game dishes, Florentine steak and grilled meats.
