Champagne Gaudriller Extra Brut Grand Cru

This Grand Cru de Louvois is a fresh and generous champagne.

It is made from a blend of 70% Pinot Noir, this emblematic vine of this terroir, and 30% Chardonnay. These two grape varieties give this wine fruit aromas as well as a certain power (Pinot) and finesse (Chardonnay).

This cuvée was vinified entirely in tanks to preserve the typicality of these two vines.

The result is a champagne with developed aromas. It stands out for the power of its blackberry and candied fruit notes. In the mouth it is generous, with a nice tension and an unexpected length.

This cuvée will surprise you with its low amount of sugar (2g/l) which beautifully carries the aromas of this champagne.

A convivial champagne, ideal for aperitifs!
