Champagne Louis Casters Millesimato 2015 Grand Cru

The Champagne Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Millésime 2015 is made of 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru from the Côte des Blancs.

It is obtained from a single harvest year, 2015, which was characterized by the abundance and quality of its Chardonnays.

Like all champagnes from the Maison Louis Casters, the Champagne Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Millésime 2015 has not undergone malolactic fermentation. Like all fermentations, malolactic fermentation also has the aim of developing the aromas of the wine. While most champagne houses prime it to obtain softer, riper and slightly milky aromas, Maison Louis Casters chooses not to use it to preserve the freshness and floral and fruity aromas of the grapes.
